YOUR despatch No. 196 of the 15th June. His Majesty's Government are convinced that watershed frontier alone affords any hope of finality, and they have deänitely decided, with a view to enforcing policy laid down in 1906 and to extending effective administration over whole district to west of watershed, to dispatch an expedition in the autumn to remove intruders from what we hold to be British territory.
